Everard Aspell - AREINZ

In 1993, after two years study I became an Associate Member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (AREINZ) and also gained a business diploma at Massey University. Only one out of every eight real estate salespersons is an Associate Member in New Zealand.

After selling real estate for 10 years I joined Leaders in 1994 as Leader's City Manager, a position I held for over 5 years. Due to continued success effecting increased selling commitments, I now work solely as a selling agent.

In the past 20 years I have dealt with over 250 million dollars worth of real estate in the central Wellington district. During this time I have sold or listed family homes, townhouses, flats and apartments from the Khandallah area to Island Bay, but mainly in the inner city. I work diligently and professionally to satisfy both sellers and buyers. I believe that Leaders Real Estate's high standards help me accomplish this.

Since 1992 I have been the exclusive selling agent for a number of inner city apartment projects. I enjoy meeting with developers, architects and engineers to suggest features that would appeal to purchasers.

I was born in Wellington and now live in Oriental Bay. I am married with four lovely children and I also coach and manage childrens cricket and netball teams. When I have any free time I enjoy going to the gym, cycling, golf, hiking, skiing and have completed several triathalons. Our family enjoys watching all sports especially cricket, rugby and netball.
